Webinar on the service

After posting the service's page in«Магазине интеграций», we can conduct a training webinar for clinics with your speaker.

Important! Medflex conducts webinars only for services with direct integration (included in «Магазин интеграций»Medflex). There are no webinars for open token integrations.

Webinar Features

1. A recording of the webinar is not provided, the webinar is posted only in the personal account of Medflex.
2. The duration is up to 1 hour.
3. The number of webinars per partner is unlimited.
4. On average, 100 people watch the webinar online and up to 1,000 watch it on the record. We are conducting webinar announcements through our channels.
5. The link to the recording (VK video) will be on the service's page in «Магазине интеграций»the Medflex personal account.

How to organize a webinar

1. The webinar must comply with the Recommendations of the production center.
2. Arrange the date of the webinar with your personal Medflex manager two months before the event.
3. Two months before the agreed date, provide your personal manager with:

• The topic of the webinar.
• The main theses.
• Full name and position of the speaker.
• Photo of the speaker.
• A presentation, if you need a design for it.

Important! The deadline for submitting the presentation is 3 weeks before the webinar. If the deadline is not met, the webinar will be canceled.

Important! Edits to the presentation can be made no later than 2 business days before the date of the webinar.

4. The day before the webinar, the speaker must make a mandatory test call to check the connection, complete the briefing and run the presentation with the production center.

The time is agreed with your personal Medflex manager.

5. The webinar should be primarily expert and useful for the audience: it is important to uncover the problem, show possible approaches to its solution, and only then tell how your service helps solve this problem in practice.

6. Before preparing for the webinar, there should be a briefing with the production center.

At the briefing, the production center will help structure the presentation, so it is important to prepare for the meeting.:

• the value of the performance for the participants.
• the main theses.

Rules for the speaker on the day of the webinar

• Wear clothes in bright colors.
• Conduct a webinar using the same hardware used for the test call.
• Eliminate extraneous sounds at the webinar venue.
• Exclude the presence of strangers in the frame.
• Have high-speed Internet and backup Internet in case of a technical failure.

• From the phone, open the participants' chat — without sound.
