The cost of storage depends on the number of documents signed by the patient in accordance with the license agreement.
The debit is made automatically from the clinic's balance on the 1st of each month.
You can view the amount and date of the debit in the detailed report«Финансы: баланс, УПД, отчёты».
Document storage has not been paid, payment is expected
If one or more branches out of several available branches are not paid
The card «Электронный документооборот»on the page «Ваша МИС»shows the reason and the amount to be paid.
When you click on the number of branches, the status for each branch will be displayed.
On the page «Немедицинские документы»there is the same message with the amount to be paid and the deadline before which you need to pay so that integration is not disabled and a link «Пополнить баланс».
If some of the branches have not been paid, and some have already been disabled
If the clinic has several branches, they may be at different stages at the same time: for some, the payment deadline is still counting down, for others, 30 days have already expired and integration is disabled. In this case, the message lists both reasons.
The branch information in this case also shows both reasons for each branch separately.

Important! If you do not pay for document storage, integration for the unpaid branch will be disabled.
You can pay at any time before disconnecting - as soon as the payment is completed, the restriction is lifted automatically, and you do not need to contact support.
Letters to the clinic
While the payment has not been received, the clinic receives emails on the 1st, 7th and 29th days after the non—payment, indicating the amount to be paid and the time remaining until the shutdown.
The emails will indicate the number of days before the shutdown.
Document storage has not been paid for, and integration is disabled if you do not pay for more than 30 days.
If the payment is not received within 30 days, the integration for the unpaid branch is disabled, and the clinic is given 30 days to download the archive of documents.

Page «Немедицинские документы»: The message applies only to disabled branches, the rest continue to work and are shown in the general table.

Letters to the clinic
As long as the archive is available, the clinic receives reminder letters on the 1st, 7th and 29th days after the shutdown, indicating the deadline by which the documents can be downloaded.
Important! If you do not download the archive within 30 days after disabling integration, the documents will be permanently deleted from the Medflex storage.
Documents are deleted after the expiration of the archive period
After the 30-day access period to the archive has expired, the documents are permanently deleted from the Medflex repository. The page «Немедицинские документы»returns to the state in which the clinic has not yet connected the module, meaning that the integration will need to be reconnected to resume operation. After enabling, previously deleted documents from the archive will not be displayed.
