Setting up an account for services
The services you plan to register for should be added to the directory.«Специалисты»
- Go to «Справочники», select «Специалисты», and click on «Услуги специалистов».
The duration of the appointment depends on the standard time of the service and can be specified both in the nomenclature itself and in the employee's settings.
The execution time for online recording will be taken into account in the following priority:
- If the duration is specified in the nomenclature card (not equal to 0) and the time of this service in the doctor's settings is less (settings by employee), then the duration is taken from the card itself.
- If the total service time is not specified (equal to 0), then the duration value specified in the employee's settings for this item is taken.
- If the total time of the service is not specified (equal to 0) and the setting of this item for the employee is not filled in, the duration of the appointment for the service will be 30 minutes.
For transparent control of the recording time and schedule for services, it is recommended to specify the time of execution of the item according to the maximum value of all employees providing it.
Example:
- Doctor 1 - Service1, Duration = 10min.
- Doctor 2 - Service1, Duration = 20min.
- Doctor 3 - Service1, Duration = 30min.
In this case, the Service Card1 must specify 30 minutes.
