Category services «Обогащение контента»optimize the price list of services from IIAs for patients and promotion sites:

  • They can optimize service names for search queries.;
  • They can create new categories and composite services.;
  • They can generate descriptions and photos.

The price list is updated in the personal account of the service. Medflex uses the processed data when uploading it to maps, aggregators, and in its own widgets.

The set of features for different services may vary. Check all available functionality with the service representative before signing the contract.

Before connecting

You can activate the service if you have already configured the download of the price list for at least one branch. If this condition is not met, an error message will appear when you try to connect. You must first configure the price list upload and then enable integration. For setup instructions, see the article Downloading and updating the price list for all integrations.

How to enable integration

  1. Open «Магазин интеграций»it in your personal account at Medflex.
  2. Select a category «Обогащение контента».
  3. Open the integration card for the required service.
  4. Click Connect and fill out the feedback form so that the service representative can contact you. The integration status will change to «Подключена».
  5. Wait for the service representatives to contact you directly to conclude the contract and make the payment.

If you have not been contacted, contact your personal MedRoket manager.

After payment, the service will receive data from your price list, which has already been uploaded to Medflex, and you can set it up in your personal account of the service.

What happens to the price list after activation

Until the service has completed processing and sent the current version of the price list to Medflex, the original price list from the MIS continues to be displayed on all sites - without interruptions in the display.

When the updated branch data is received, Medflex switches the display to the new version.

Important: each current version of the price list from the service completely replaces the previous versions of the price lists. If a particular service or category has not been received from the service, they will not be displayed in the upload channels.

If an error is found in the updated data, Medflex may, at the request of the service, roll back the price list to the previous version within 7 days after publication. Check this option with a representative of a particular service.

Important: the price of the service is always taken from the IIA and cannot be changed by the service — this applies to both the original and updated price list.

Where is the updated price list uploaded?

Important: for the duration of the pilot, the updated price list will be uploaded only to Yandex.Maps.

By default, all sources use the original price list from the IIA. As soon as Medflex receives an updated price list from the service, it automatically replaces the original names, descriptions, and photos of services and categories with the service data.

Updating data on maps, aggregators, and widgets can take up to 3 days after Medflex receives it from the service.

How to disable the service

  1. Open the service integration settings in your merchant profile.
  2. Disable integration.
  3. Within 3 days, the data from the service: services, categories, photos will be deleted for all branches, and the original price list from the MIS will be displayed on all sites again. If you manually filled out descriptions for Yandex before connecting the service, they will also be returned.
