Canceling an appointment allows patients to cancel an appointment without calling the clinic. You can cancel an account through a medical card or through partners (for example, through trigger mailings).
For the cancellation function to work correctly, the clinic must use an MIS with online recording support and have an implemented cancellation method.
The list of MIS who have the option to cancel appointments with doctors can be viewed on the website https://medflex.ru/mis /.
Additional steps to enable cancellation of an online appointment with a doctor are not required in the following cases::
- MIS working through our solution («Архимед», «Инфоклиника», «Медиалог»etc.).
- MIS 1C.
- Cloud-based MIS (provided that the clinic has granted the necessary rights according to the integration instructions).
Setting up cancellation for the YClients MIS 
To set up the cancellation of an online entry in the YClients MIS, the user created in the integration program must be granted full rights to the section«Окно записи».

Setting up cancellation for MIS on your own solution
To implement cancellation in the IIA using your own solution, use the Medflex API documentation.
After developing the solution, send the URL to which the cancellation request will be sent to the personal manager of MedRoket.
