Setting up online consultations at the clinic 
On the page«Онлайн-консультации», you can make settings for online consultations at the clinic: allow the administrator to register patients in the Medical Unit or enable mandatory profile confirmation via ESIA.
Make an appointment for an online consultation with an administrator at MIS Medlock
To enable the clinic administrator in Medlock to schedule patients for an online consultation, activate the switch«Запись на онлайн-консультацию в МедЛоке».
An appointment for an online consultation from MIS Medlock is available to the administrator if:
- the clinic has integration enabled «Онлайн-консультации по расписанию клиники»or«Онлайн-консультации по расписанию врача»;
- The doctor has an online appointment enabledProDoctorov;
- for an online consultation, the price is set in your personal accountProDoctorov;
- The doctor has a schedule set up and there are free appointment slots.

Important! After creating an entry in the Medlock, the patient will receive a link in the Medlock or in an SMS message if the Medlock is not installed.
After receiving the link, the patient will have 2 hours to pay for an online consultation.
Information Agreement and MIS MEDLOCK
If the clinic has an information agreement and the clinic operates on MIS Medlock, activate the switch «Запись на онлайн-консультацию в МедЛоке»on the page for the functionality to work«Онлайн-консультации».
Telemedicine Contract and Medical insurance
If the clinic has a telemedicine agreement, for the functionality to work:
- Open the page«Онлайн-консультации».
- Click on the button «Дополнительные настройки».
- In the window that opens, activate the switch«Запись на онлайн-консультацию в МедЛоке».
Ready! The functionality is available to the administrator in MIS Medlock.
Setting up Patient Profile confirmation via ESIA
If the clinic has a telemedicine agreement, in order to conduct online consultations, the patient profile in the medical Center must be confirmed in the ESIA.
ESIA (Unified Identification and Authentication System) is a digital platform that provides secure access for citizens and legal entities to government websites (Public Services, the Federal Tax Service, the Pension Fund, etc.) under a single username and password. It confirms the user's identity, replacing personal presence when receiving online services.
- Log in to your Medflex personal account and open the page«Онлайн-консультации».
2. Activate the switch«Требовать от пациента подтвердить личность через ЕСИА».
After completing these steps, when making an appointment for an online consultation, patients will see a profile confirmation window through the ESIA.
Important! After enabling the functionality, only patients over the age of 18 will be able to sign up for an online consultation.
