When integration is enabled, data about the clinic's costs is transferred toProDoctorov, so the clinic can analyze traffic sources in one tool.
What you need to connect to
Integration is only available to clinics with the active version of the «Ультима»software in their personal accountProDoctorov. Without it, integration cannot be enabled. How to activate the service
1) Open «Магазин интеграций»it in your personal account at Medflex.
2) Select a category «Обогащение контента»in the side menu and open the integration card.
3) Click «Подключить». Upon successful activation, a button will be «Подключить»displayed instead of a button«Настроить».
How to get branch IDs
In order for the end-to-end analytics service to correctly match projects with medical facilities, it needs the identifier of each medical facility.
Branch separation may not be available for all end-to-end analytics services. Please check this possibility with the service representative or in his personal account.
1) In the integration card, click «Настроить».
2) A list of medical facility identifiers (UUIDs) is displayed
3) Click «Скопировать»next to the desired branch and specify this branch ID ProDoctorovfor the corresponding branch in the personal account of end-to-end analytics.
A special algorithm is used to generate branch IDs, which excludes the possibility of another user receiving your clinic's data.
What data does the service receive?
After activation, the end-to-end analytics service receives information about your branches once a day.:
- information about the recordings: date and time, type of recording - by phone or online, cost for the clinic;
- information about cancelled records for which the clinic received a refund for the record;
- information about transferring records;
- data on special placements on ProDoctorov.
Important! Only recordings made via are transmitted to the serviceProDoctorov. Records from other sources are not uploaded.
How to disable integration
On the integration page, click «Отключить». After disconnecting, the service stops receiving data about the clinic.
Cost
Enabling Medflex integration is free of charge. The cost of using the end-to-end analytics service itself is set by the partner. It is indicated in the service card in «Магазине интеграций».
