History of online consultations 
The page «Онлайн-консультации»displays the history of all online consultations at the clinic. Here you can refund the funds for the recording, as well as make settings for online consultations.
- To go «Онлайн-консультации»to the page, «Ваша МИС»open the top menu in the section and select «Онлайн-консультации».
2. To view the recordings, use the tabs «Предстоящие», «Прошедшие»or «Отменённые».
Upcoming recordings
The tab «Предстоящие»displays a list of entries for future online consultations.
The list contains:
- date of admission;
- the name of the clinic and its address;
- patient's phone number;
- Full name of the doctor and his specialty;
- the cost of an online consultation minus the Medflex commission (10%) with details;
- the source of the record.
Past recordings
The «Прошедшие»completed online consultations are displayed in the tab.
Details of the amount of planned receipts are available for each entry.
Important! Funds for online consultations are transferred automatically once a month.
You can also refund the cost of the consultation to the patient here. For more information, see the article Refund to the patient.
Cancelled entries
The tab «Отменённые»displays all the records that were canceled by the clinic or the patient.
If you need to make a refund for a cancelled recording, click «Возврат».
If the refund has already been made, the reason and date of the refund are displayed instead of the button.
Reports
- To view the online consultation report, click on the button in the top menu«Баланс».
2. Select an item «УПД и отчёты».
3. Click «Онлайн-консультации».
Monthly reports are available in this section, which reflect the number of entries per month and the amount transferred by Medflex to the clinic.
Here you can download the report in XLS format and the UPD (universal transfer document) for your accounting department.
